Due to the lack of oil this stuff does not melt like traditional butter. Also, it is pretty loose like that weird squeeze butter or very soft room temperature butter.
The taste is amazing and goes well over hot noodles or on toast.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked cauliflower (or 3/4 cup cooked riced cauliflower)
- 1/2 cup plant milk (we tend to use unsweetened soy)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- sprinkle of turmeric (less is more as it will darken over time)
Instructions
- Place everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill.
